1. Drink 2 glasses of tap water half an hour before any meal.

3. Try drinking 8 glasses of water daily.

4. If you like eat fish and meat eat only for lunch.

5. Always eat local fruits before breakfast, lunch and dinner.

6. Try eating only fruits at night.

7. Practice 5 minutes walking daily for 7 times.

8. Wear loose clothing as much as possible.

9. Get up always before sunrise.

10. Go for 10 minutes of silence(meditation) daily.

11. Talk to trees and flowers often.

12. Bless the earth, sky, water, air and fire every day after your daily meditation.

Weight release... When I have uncomfortable feelings that I would normally choose to numb myself with food, I use EFT which Dr. Anil Proag taught me in his last REIKI/EFT seminar. EFT alleviates my feeling of sadness, loneliness and anger just as excess food use to do. I am so grateful to Grand Master PAM for teaching me about EFT and losing extra fats.


I have not been able to sleep for the last 26 years after being raped by my stepfather, grandfather, uncles and cousins since age 6.
